Shift: Monday to Friday, Days (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) 13-Week Assignment with Potential for Direct Hire
On-Call: Every 2nd Weekend
Environment: Home Infusion Pharmacy

About the Role:
Were looking for a skilled Staff Pharmacist with strong experience in sterile compounding to join our home infusion pharmacy team. This is a 13-week contract position with the opportunity for direct hire, offering you the flexibility to make an impact in patient care while growing your career in a dynamic setting.

What Youll Do:

• Sterile Compounding: Prepare medications with precision and safety for home infusion patients.
• Patient Safety & Accuracy: Ensure all compounded sterile preparations are accurate and meet regulatory standards.
• Weekend On-Call: Provide on-call support every second weekend to ensure continuous patient care.
• Collaboration: Work alongside healthcare teams to offer clinical consultation and optimize patient outcomes.

What Were Looking For:

• Home Infusion Pharmacy Experience: Previous experience in a home infusion pharmacy setting is required.
• Sterile Compounding Expertise: Proven ability to compound medications in a sterile environment.
• Massachusetts Pharmacy License: Valid and active license to practice as a pharmacist in Massachusetts.

Position Details:

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• On-Call: Every 2nd weekend
• Duration: 13 weeks, with the possibility of transitioning to a direct hire position based on performance.
