Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time position in Hudson, NH. This role involves working with elementary students, providing essential support in their speech and language development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Therapy Plans: Assist in the implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans designed by Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students speech and language needs.
  • Conduct Sessions: Provide direct therapy to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP, focusing on improving articulation, fluency, and language skills.
  • Monitor Progress: Track and document student progress, making adjustments to therapy as needed in collaboration with the supervising SLP.
  • Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom environment and support students overall learning experience.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, student progress, and munications with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Associates degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Certification: Valid SLPA certification or licensure in New Hampshire.
  • Skills: Strong munication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, families, and educational professionals.
